Concepts

Evidence pack
The 24-artefact, hash-sealed, signed record that ships with every Importable delivery.
Direct trade
Trade model that removes intermediate aggregators between producer and end-buyer; the producer's identity is preserved end-to-end.

Cryptography

Hash-sealed
A claim is "hash-sealed" when its content has been hashed (SHA-256) and the hash committed to an externally verifiable record.
Ed25519
Modern public-key signature scheme used to sign every Importable evidence pack.
Merkle tree
A binary hash tree that lets a single root hash commit to an arbitrarily large set of artefacts, with cheap inclusion proofs.

Border Target Operating Model — the UK's post-Brexit physical-inspection regime for EU fresh-produce imports.
CSDDD
EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive — supply-chain due-diligence obligations for large companies.
GlobalG.A.P.
Global standard for Good Agricultural Practice — the certification many EU cooperatives carry as their farm-level baseline.
ISAE 3410
International Standard on Assurance Engagements 3410 — the framework auditors use to give opinions on sustainability assertions.
Phytosanitary
Regulatory regime governing plant-health controls on internationally traded fresh produce. "PC" = phytosanitary certificate.

Operations

Rotterdam hub
Importable's consolidation point — every European corridor passes through one named QC + signing facility in Rotterdam.
QC-on-pass
Settlement convention: payment clears on QC pass at the hub, not on dispatch from origin.
