An importer
that behaves like a newspaper.
Importable is a Rotterdam-registered trading house for fresh produce. We buy directly from cooperatives we've vetted, route through our own hub, and stake our reputation on the evidence pack that ships with every crate. Every claim has a citation.
Six rules, published.
Six internal rules we don't break. We publish them because they're the things we'd want a supplier of ours to publish.
- 01
Named origin, every time.
We will not list a product without a named cooperative, a member count, and GPS at harvest. "Mediterranean" is not a provenance.
- 02
Price is a band, not a number.
Quotes always show min, mid, and max for the corridor. Negotiations happen within the band. No one is guessing.
- 03
Three tiers of trust.
Verified, Declared, Predicted. Every fact on every screen carries its tier. We never show a single confidence number pretending to be a truth.
- 04
Paid on QC pass, in 72 h.
Coops see an outbound SWIFT hash in the pack. The buyer sees the same. Neither side chases the other for receipts.
- 05
The pack is the product.
If a delivery can't ship with a complete, hash-sealed evidence pack, it doesn't ship. No exceptions for speed.
- 06
Log the bad day.
Every exception — phyto-hold, dispute, re-source — is recorded in the pack with a logged reason and a 15-minute reversal window. Ops is not magic.
Credentials, checkable.
The regulatory scaffolding under the document. Checkable, not merely claimed.

Names, not departments.
